“Over the years, I fell deeply in love with pasta — a connection that began while training and working across various Italian restaurants as a young chef. What started as a craft slowly became a philosophy, and that passion led me to build my first venture, Casarecce Artisanal Pasta — a handmade pasta company rooted in technique and intention.
But my heart has always been in cooking, creating, and feeding people. That calling led us to open our first restaurant in 2024, marking the beginning of a larger vision that would eventually become Casa Pasta Group.
At Casa Pasta Group, we believe pasta should adapt to your mood and your moment. Each of our brands represents a different way to experience it — Casa Pasta Bar through a refined, contemporary dining perspective, Pasta On The Go through quick, comforting indulgence, and Casarecce Artisanal Pasta by extending our philosophy beyond the restaurant into home kitchens and professional spaces alike.
